Durrumang Yarrudhangidyal "Snake Dreaming" Sterling Silver Opal Doublet Earrings

These Durrumang Yarrudhangidyal Earrrings are Sterling Silver with Opal doublets.  The Earrings represent the Snake travelling through Country with the meeting places the straight lines represents travelling lines to a waterhole. All metal including the earhooks are Sterling Silver 925.  The earrings are aprox 5cm at the widest part with a 5cm drop.  The Opal doublets from Yuwaalaraay Country, Lightning Ridge are a blue/violet colouring.  These pair so far are a one off piece I am unsure if I will make any more of these and if I do no two pairs will ever be the same as these are completely handcrafted.  Weighing in at aprox 9.65 grams each they are light enough to wear all day long.
