Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with the items you received, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase as long as the item is unworn, unused and undamaged and is returned in the original packaging. All returns must have a return form which includes the return ID number. To receive your return ID number/form you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, We must receive your returned item within 14 days of issuing return ID number. Unfortunately due to health regulations earrings can not be exchanged or refunded. The postage on all returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.

RETURNS ON FAULTY GOODS

We go to great care to make sure that the goods are packed with every care and attention to detail but if for some reason your goods have arrived damaged please contact us with in 48 hours for us to arrange a replacement or refund.
